All pasta is made in-house daily. Peek through the kitchen window and see non-stop rolling, extruding, cutting, stamping...


Our ravioli and tortelli are made by hand, one at a time, with fresh rolled pasta and house-made fillings. 

One machine, many forms

An array of attachments lets us quickly switch between spaghetti, mafaldine, rigatoni and more. Each form is made in small batches, never drying out in the process.
